Intellectual Property for Small Business
Intellectual property (IP) is a valuable asset for every small business, whether it’s a trade mark, a confidential business plan, a customer list or some other intangible asset. Too often, IP is not adequately protected or leveraged. And too often, issues relating to IP are identified too late to avoid headaches. In this seminar, you will learn how to identify, protect and leverage your business’s valuable IP, including trademarks, confidential information and copyrights, and how to avoid infringing the IP rights of others.
